This position will provide support an operations team in a financial industry.
RESPONSIBILITIESManage and Maintain all department related files.
Assists with data management, correspondence to clients, maintaining files, maintaining information on database system.
Assist Operations with documentation requests from internal and external parties.
Assist with ad-hoc requests from senior leadership and other duties not defined above.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS2-3 years' experience as an administrative assistant or similar
Excellent time management skills, interpersonal skills and self starter.
