Backland , is a luxury eco glamping resort in northern Arizona 's backcountry.

Nestled near the majestic Grand Canyon and completely surrounded by miles of ponderosa pine, our unique tents and secluded location completely redefine the concept of glamping.

We 're presently seeking an Assistant General Manager .

This property features 10 luxury year-round glamping tent (with plans to expand over the next couple years) and a fine dining restaurant.

The camp is located in remote area 15 minutes outside Williams AZ ( Grand Canyon Area ) This is an opportunity to work and live in great outdoors and experience all that the area has to offer!

Previous hotel/glamping experience required.

JOB SUMMARY

The AGM is responsible for assisting the General Manager with the daily operations of the camp.

This includes supervision, direction and training of all employees within the c& achieve operating and financial goals; ensure everyone provide high level of service, ensure the team has all the resources they need, and attend to guests needs.

Full -time

Pay :

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
