As an Associate Solutions Analyst you'll be supporting the definition, delivery, and success of Well Sky products in our Human and Social Services unit.

You 'll work with stakeholders to define product requirements and execute development and delivery of solutions.

This requires strong communication skills and problem-solving to effectively define, analyze, and document software-integration requirements.

The ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of teammates and stakeholders is essential.

As an Associate Solutions Analyst , you'll also be participating in client focus groups, assisting in market research, visiting with clients, and conducting in-depth analysis of product features.

A Day in the Life !

Collaborate across solution management team and with clients and other internal stakeholders to document requirements for small scale projects.

Manage requirements in JIRA, ensure availability to scrum team, collaborate and track prioritization and adhere to agile development principles.

Conduct market and user research to understand the jobs to be done.

Maintain current solution documentation and support compliance processes.

Gather success criteria data and report on solution metrics, KP Is and client adoption.

Support internal and external communication projects and collateral materials for sales enablement.

Lead small meetings to facilitate collaboration needed to accomplish the objectives of a project.

Job Requirements

Bachelor 's degree in Business Administration , Healthcare Administration , or related field OR Associate 's degree with 2 years of relevant work experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications

1 year of experience in healthcare, Saa S, B2B, and/or enterprise software experience, or software integration experience

1 year of experience working in an Agile scrum environment Attention to detail Problem Solving / Analytical Planning and Prioritization
