Dorsey has an opening for an IT Specialist in Elba , Alabama .

Duties and Responsibilities

The Dorsey IT Specialist will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing desktop computers, laptops, and networks.

• Researching and recommending new software solutions as needed.
• Enhancing existing software programs by evaluating objections and specifications, reviewing proposed changes and making recommendations.
• Maintaining working computers through repair or replacement.
• Setting up new users and giving them access to the appropriate applications.
• Assisting team members with hardware or software challenges.
• Collaborate with team members to assist on projects.
• Installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues.

Experience and Skills Needed

• 3+ years of IT experience preferred
• Organized
• Self -driven
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Problem Solving Skills
• Cyber -security skills
