Du Pont E&I has an opening for CMPT Process Development Leader .
This role will be situated in CMPT Research and Development and will be responsible for leading CMPT’s Process Development group.
This exciting position is focused on delivering pad prototypes to grow the top line of the CMPT business as well as delivering new manufacturing technology to maintain Du Pont ’s leadership as a global supplier of raw materials to the semi-conductor business.Responsibilities
Accountable for all aspects the people leadership of the Process Development Group .
These responsibilities include but are not limited to coaching and mentoring, development of employee development plans, performance reviews, goal planning, enabling visibility, succession planning dealing with conflicts etc.
Has leadership responsibility to ensure that all process safety requirements are.
Works with the Technology Safety and Newark site EHS to ensure zero safety incidents.
Works in conjunction with R&D, Scale Up , Newark Site I/O, Manufacturing Technology and Rapid Customer Sampling .
Maintain and communicate safety, quality and productivity metrics to all key stakeholders
Identify and implement continuous improvement capture any identified I.P.Qualifications
Education and Training : Minimum of B.S. degree in Mechanical , Chemical Engineering or a Ph . D. in Chemistry , Material Science or related field
Greater than 8 years of experience is required.
Most preferred is experience in process development, scale-up or manufacturing technology.
All R&D experience will be considered.
Strong grasp of statistical and analytical methods including and understanding SPC.
Six Sigma Black Belt Project Leader or higher Certification is desirable.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills that will be required for working along a cross section of departments.
